220 Central Park South stands in the heart of ‘Billionaires’ Row’—an area of Manhattan known for its ultra-luxury residences—and offers to those with deep enough pockets a reprieve from the endless vistas of industrialization which reign over the metropolis. With surreal views of Central Park’s beautiful, grassy knolls and leaf-covered trees, it was exceptionally important to create high-quality interiors that were equal in beauty.
The Continental team was tasked with creating the wall and ceiling panels and window and door casings within the 69-story skyscraper, amounting to over 50,000 lineal feet of poplar molding; nearly 10 miles-worth of material. To work on a project of this magnitude where the interior construction needs to be as breathtaking as the view of Central Park takes knowledge, expertise, dedication, and a true commitment to excellence.
