Architectural Millwork Project Manager

Job Description:
Project managers will work as part of team of estimators, engineers and manufacturing personnel to coordinate and facilitate assigned projects ranging from 5k to 1 million+. Project managers are the communication between in-house team and client or general contractor. Duties include making submittals, scheduling, site visits and attending contractor required job meetings.  The project manager will be solely responsible for the execution of the project, requiring excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3 Years minimum Commercial Millwork related experience.
  • Positive team player with strong work ethic.
  • Microsoft Office suite skills a must.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret Architectural plans and specifications.
  • Knowledge of all trades especially finish carpentry and millwork.

Architectural Millwork CAD Drafter 
We are seeking a highly motivated CAD Drafter to add to our team. We offer a challenging but rewarding work environment. We work hard, have fun and take pride in providing the highest quality products to our customers.

Cad Drafters/Engineers are required to use AutoCAD and Microvellum software to create highly detailed and precise manufacturing shop drawings from architectural plans and specifications. They work closely with in house estimators, project managers and field personnel. Successful candidates should have a strong understanding of wood working materials and manufacturing methods.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3 years minimum related work experience (Commercial & Retail millwork and casework drafting preferred)
  • Positive team player with a strong work ethic
  • AutoCAD Release 2010 or higher, with Microvellum, or similar software experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat software helpful
  • Proven ability to read and interpret Architectural plans and specifications
